Aalto will be welcoming residents before the end of 2021
Zibi’s first residential rental experience, Aalto, is set to welcome its first residents this December. The 15-storey building, located at 10 Jos Montferrand in downtown Gatineau, will feature 162 units, many of which are universal, accessible and adaptable, some affordable, and all carbon neutral.
With the arrival of Aalto, and other planned residential buildings, Zibi is bringing a much needed housing supply to Gatineau’s downtown area, in line with la Ville de Gatineau’s objectives for urban revitalization.
