July 10, 2023 – Zibi is holding a leasing event on Saturday, July 15 for its newest rental offering: Aalto II.

Following on the success of Aalto, Zibi’s first rental building, Aalto II is the waterfront community’s second rental offering, and its fourth residential property. Located on the Gatineau shores of the Ottawa River and overlooking the national capital’s most striking landmarks, the 11 storey Aalto II offers 148 light-filled suites, many of which featuring private terraces or balconies.

Aalto II was designed as a purpose-built rental with condo-like finishes and amenities to respond to local market conditions, providing residents with a sense of high-end condo lifestyle without the cost of buying.

The leasing event, which is taking place, Saturday, July 15 from 9am to 5pm at Zibi House, will be an opportunity for the public to be the first to lease the suite of their choice, to learn more about the Aalto II lifestyle, and to step into the impressive Zibi waterfront community. Light refreshments will be served, and free parking is available.

First occupancies at Aalto II will begin this fall. Studios, 1-bedroom, 1+den, 2-bedroom, and 2+den suites start from $1,425. The public is invited to register at aaltosuites.ca for more information.
