Retail
We are curating a diverse group of retailers to shape Zibi’s unique streetscapes while targeting to achieve 50% being local retailers. Designed with intention, the mix of retail focuses on plaza-fronted patios, shops and boutiques that spill into active streetscapes and add to Zibi’s vibrant pedestrian culture. We are bringing a variety of cafes and restaurants serving local and international cuisine prepared with fresh, organic ingredients to promote clean eating and smart living.
